So, now, we are cozying up in San Diego for the holidays!
One of the MAJOR perks of booking a trip with points is that I have a lot more flexibility and usually book fully refundable fares. So, a couple of days before the trip, we were able to cancel and get all of our bookings reimbursed.

And as much as I wish that picture above was taken this month — this was actually a few years ago! Meyer and I took a river cruise and got to visit a number of European Christmas Markets...and, let me tell you, it was MAGICAL!
