Surprised to hear from me?
It's been a few months since I last sent a newsletter, but what better time than when I'm offline on a sailing trip in Sardinia?
I'm currently writing this update from our villa in Montepulciano (a town that's the idyllic "Tuscany" you think of with rolling hills and medieval villages) and scheduled this to send while we were sailing.
We've been traveling Italy for 3 weeks now and I still have one more adventure—My mom, Oliver, and I are going to spend a week in Mallorca before flying home.
We really went all in on this trip.
Over a month in Europe with a now 11-month-old was bold. But, it's actually been absolutely amazing. Oliver is my favorite little travel buddy. And, because he's still napping twice a day, we're traveling at a much slower pace than I'd typically do on my own.
And I'm loving it!
We enjoy slow mornings and take a little adventure after his first nap. Really embracing the "il dolce far niente."
I have soooo many updates, but I'll save them for when we return and I have time to digest everything we've experienced. I'll continue sharing snippets of our travels on Instagram, so be sure to follow along for the fun!
Oh, and it's my birthday this week (June 1!) :)
