| Garrotxa's Finest Season Some places on this planet just do yellow woods and rustling leaves better. The forests turn with more ochre and fire. The hearth crackles with finer meats. The air fills the lungs fresher, the wine warms the soul deeper. You get the picture: it's Autumn, and when it's good, it's very very good.

Our League of Traveler's trip to Catalunya—October 2-9, 2022—still has a small number of spots available for Fall wanderers. Garrotxa is the heart of Catalunya, and the heart of our trip, where we will wrap the season around our shoulders like a shawl. Think open-fire cooking. Thinks wines as bright and red as a falling leaf. Think a hot-air balloon ride at dawn over amber hills. Think charcuterie and cheese from some of Spain's finest producers, in the valleys of their ancestors.
Garrotxa is also where our co-host Matt Goulding goes to write when he needs a place of supreme peace and even inspiration. Once you see Garrotxa through our eyes, with our friends and connections, you may also start imagining an extended retreat for yourself, perhaps next year in this, its finest season.
