With the lack of tourists and decreased used by the general public during the height of COVID lockdowns, many countries have used that time to improve their infrastructure.

Once bumpy roads have been re-paved, new pipes have been installed to better the plumbing systems, and public parks have received some much needed TLC.

3. Supporting local economies

It's no surprise that travel came to a halt during COVID. This also meant that many local economies that rely on international tourism also came to an abrupt end.

Now is a great time to return to travel and start redistributing our money to local economies so they can rebuild faster and stay around longer!
