Have you heard of flight deal finder's that comb search engines and find flight deals for you? You put in your home airport (or several that you could fly out of), and the service will send you periodic updates of the best deals and 'mistake fares' with discounted flight deals.
These deals can be fore anywhere in the world, and sometimes they're quite a steal.
I've used four of these services over the years and each year I usually take advantage of about one international deal, meaning I usually save at least $500 per ticket.
One of the most interesting things is each of these services tends to find different deals, so it can make sense to be subscribed to several of them if you travel often.
I recently tried Dollar Flight Club (sponsor of this week's email), and wrote a review of the different tiers they offer and the deals I found. So far for the price, which is lower than some of their competitors, I'm impressed.
