Whales and Africa - We have 4 spots left!

Hey ,

I'm popping back in with a little update on our 2023 women's adventure tours!

I'm so glad to have seen so much interest in the trips. They are so much fun to be a part of and I'm continually honored by those who choose to join!

We currently have FOUR spots left each for the Humpback whale swim trip in French Polynesia, and the Botswana portion of our southern Africa trip.

Our French Polynesia trip includes 7 days in the water with whales. Our island is remote and culturally unique. We'll be staying with a local family, eating almost everything sea and farm-to-table, and fully immersing in the local way of life.

By traveling a bit farther from where everyone else swims with whales, we have a unique experience with fewer boats in the water. When we are not in the boat, we'll explore the island on cultural tours with the family and on foot with each other. There are also lovely beaches to explore, and the perfect sunset spot just a short walk from where we will stay. Each day is unique with a new set of potential adventures.

Even more special, our boat captain is the first and only female boat captain in French Polynesia.

This is the only whale swimming tour on offer that includes this incredible cultural experience, as well as professional photographers in the water with you to capture the moments. While I will not be personally leading this trip, it's our 4th time running it with this family and I'm so excited for your local guides to take you on this adventure.

It's happening September 10-17, 2023!

Our Botswana trip gives us the opportunity to get closer to the animals than any other Africa experience I've had, hanging out in the chalets and pool at Elephant Sands, situated on a watering hole. We'll practice our start photography over the elephants, giving us a rare opportunity to get both wildlife and stars in the same photograph!

We also get to jump into a large boat and lazily float down the Chobe River, seeing hippos, buffalo, tons of birds, and a variety of surprises - it's different every time. We get to enjoy a safari at one of the best destinations in Botswana the following day!

We'll also be flying over the Okavango delta on a scenic flight that's perfect for viewing animals, as well as paddling the delta by boat, getting just about every angle and opportunity to see the amazing animals of Botswana. It's one of the BEST places in the world for viewing African elephants. Finally, we're finishing at one of the natural wonders of the world, Victoria Falls.

I will personally be leading this trip along with my co-leader Pete.

Join us from September 18-25, 2023!
