This phrase is taking headlines by storm, and for good reason.

This summer is predicted to be HUGE for travel, with many accommodations and attractions already selling out.

If you haven't secured your summer reservations yet, don't fret!

Here are four workarounds to make sure you still have an epic summer adventure...

1. Book with a group like Under30Experiences

It's no surprise, but we secure our reservations up to a year in advance to avoid missing out on prime dates and accommodations.

So, while the general public may not be able to secure summer hotels and activities last minute, we've got open tickets ready and waiting for you!

2. Avoid popular dates

We hate to break it to you, but most summer weekends and holidays may already be sold out.

If you still need to book hotels and activities, we suggest booking for weekdays and avoiding holiday weekends. This will give you a better chance of actually getting into places!

3. Book now, plan later

If there is one takeaway from this, let it be to book now before prices continue to increase.

If your plans change, take advantage of cancellation policies like ours that let you cancel your trip or switch to a later date at no charge.

4. Go where others aren't

While everyone is going to Europe this summer to take advantage of the exchange rate, going where others aren't could be your secret to finding less crowds and better flight prices.

Consider "green season" in Costa Rica, or head to Peru or Thailand before all of the tourists flock back.
