Hey Love,
Now that we've talked about kicking fear to the curb, let's talk about where you should go on your trip.
There are a lot of factors that go into it, such as, do you want an endless summer? Do you want to go into the nature? Do you want to explore historical centers and learn about a specific culture that has always fascinated you?
Being real, though, the main consideration is usually finances and the amount of time you have to spend traveling.
Which places are cheap?
What suits my individual needs and desires?
How can I find a way to make my trip longer by choosing wisely?
Here are a few articles to give you an idea of how I plan out where I'm going to go and how I budget:
- What six months of traveling in Southeast Asia cost me (plus a country cost breakdown for every country in SEA, linked in the post)
- What does it cost to travel in Iceland?
- What about South Africa?
- How expensive is the Maldives?
It's possible to spend way less on the road than you do at home, as long as you're able to budget effectively and live within those constraints. The linked posts above should help you to plan a lot more easily.
Next, we'll talk about how to have an authentic and unique travel experience so that you can come home with some serious "wow" stories.
See you tomorrow!
